What is the Fidelity Investors Association?
We are an independent company not affiliated with Fidelity Investments, Inc. This allows us to give independent, objective, unbiased advice on the Fidelity funds we cover in our newsletters.

How often are the newsletters published?
Quarterly. Issues are sent in the second week of January, April, July, and October. The Fidelity Fund Guide is updated annually and sent to members in February. Our 24-hour telephone hotline and website hotline are updated periodically between quarterly issues of the newsletters.

What is your refund policy?
Your membership is risk-free. Join FIA today and we will send your first issue, special reports, free Fidelity Fund Guide, and password to access the “Members Only” section of the website. After review, if you are not completely satisfied, call our toll-free number or send us an email to cancel for a 100% refund, no questions asked. You can keep everything we have sent you as a “thanks” for giving us a try. Also, you have the option to cancel at anytime during your membership for a full refund on all unmailed issues.

Can I get a back issue with my subscription?
Back issues are available for current subscribers at $5 each.

When does my membership expire?
The quarter and year of your expiration is at the bottom of the address label on the envelope your newsletters are mailed in. We will notify you by mail or email when your membership is nearing expiration.
